La Roche to Marloie to Brussels

We had a nice fast ride along the road that follows the Ourthe River to Hotton.

We then rode on to Marloie, where we caught a train to Brussels. Unusually for a major city, we had no accommodation booked in Brussels, so we went straight to the tourist info centre at the railway station. They managed to find us a not too expensive room in a little hotel right in the main square in the old city. To store the bikes safety overnight we took them up the lift, one at a time standing up on their back wheel, to the fourth floor, then outside and across a ramp to an adjoining roof area.
